Your credit card transactions are carried out through the Virtual Pos Systems of Garanti Bank using SSL on the secure payment page of our Venus Design web site. Your credit card info is not stored in Garanti Bank’s system or in any media by Venus Design during these transactions.

√ How Can I Use The Shopping Cart? May I Buy More Than One Product?
You can use our virtual shopping cart in all of your shopping operations at our site. Furthermore, you can perform various operations in your cart by clicking the places where you see the shopping cart image. Such operation can be adding a product, removing a product and changing the quantity of products. You have to subscribe as a member in order to use this shopping cart.
You can add one or more products to the cart and view the total sum.

You can pay by Credit Card or via Money Order.

√ I Bought the Product Yet Would Like To Send It To Someone Else As A Present. What Can I Do?
We provide 2 separate options under the names “Delivery information” and “Invoice information” in order to be able to provide better service to you on this matter during the product buying stage. If you want to give your product as a present, you must write the delivery address for the product in the Delivery information section and your own address in the Invoice information section.

If you will buy the product for yourself, enter your own information in both of the sections.

√How Can I Subscribe As A Member? What Should I Do If Forget My Member Name and Password?
You can first subscribe for free if you want to buy ornaments from VENUS DESIGN. Your membership information will be stored securely in our system for the execution of your order and other operations.
Should you forget your member name and password, your password will be sent to the e-mail address formerly designated by you.
You can use this password in all of your future operations.
